The Benefits of Dance - Featured in the Telegraph
What an absolute delight it was to be featured in the Telegraph discussing the health benefits of dance. I was interviewed by Polly Dunbar who joined my class in Kennington a few weeks back to see first hand what a dance workout has to offer! Thankfully she enjoyed it and interviewed me for the article which included us exploring various dance styles and the benefits such as latin, street, dance aerobics and jazz.
