Summer Pause
I hope you’re doing well and enjoying the summer break so far.
What a pleasure it has been to travel to Greece this July. I took a trip to Kos Island and enjoyed some some sea air, great food, lots of rest and quality time with my son. The views were just stunning and I took pleasure in fitting a few workouts into my mornings where the gym overlooked the sea.
As we settle into the school holidays I want to remind everyone to take some time for themselves. Movement, a walk, a meditation or a quiet coffee can give us a moment to replenish as we navigate the demands of the summer break.
We are near the end of our summer season at The Dancer Body and preparing to take a short break this August. I want to invite you all to move with me one more time next Wednesday 30th July 6 - 7pm at Unit 3 Studios for our full body, end of summer special. Booking is here.
While I prepare for the Autumn season I’ve taken a moment to reflect on the year so far. It’s been great to connect with so many of you both in studio and online. Continuing to grow our community - and reach so many of you through social media and the recent press - supports my mission in understanding what you need as I shape The Dancer Body. Thank you for your support and for connecting with me - the best really is still to come.
