Full Body Dance Workout

Our signature full body workout includes high energy, dynamic dance cardio based on a variety of dance styles that is easy to follow, lifts the heart rate and works the entire body. The class also includes matt work to strengthen the body, improve balance and core control and finishes with a stretch flow. This is a full body workout to leave you feeling energised & uplifted - suitable for all fitness levels.

We offer bespoke, private coaching sessions designed specifically for you to help you reach you health and fitness goals. Sculpt

Strengthen you body, improve balance and core control with our new Sculpt class! Taking influences from dance conditioning, functional strength training and barre - using balls, bands and weights - our unique scuplt class builds real strength and lasting results.
