Our Story
The Dancer Body workout was created by professional dance instructor and personal trainer Emily Louise Stephenson. Blending high energy, dynamic dance cardio with body sculpting and stretch flow, the workouts are designed to help you feel strong, confident and free - inside and out.
Emily’s Dancer Body workout has been taught at the famous Pineapple Dance Studios, Wellnergy Festival, Sweaty Betty Carnaby St and beyond. Emily has been featured in Hello! and The Telegraph amongst other publications sharing her expertise and discussing the health benefits of dance.
