The Dancer Body method was created by Emily Louise Stephenson, Dance Instructor and Personal Trainer.

It is designed to help you find strength, freedom and confidence through dance based fitness.

Including high energy dance cardio, functional strength exercises, matt work and stretching our unique workouts will give you a strong body and leave you feeling empowered and uplifted.

We offer in studio classes in London, events, one to one coaching and on demand workouts.

About the Founder

Emily Louise Stephenson is a Dance Instructor and Personal Trainer who has dedicated her career to dance in education and fitness. She discovered a passion for teaching and choreography shortly after she completed her professional dance training and lead a successful dance company for thirteen years. In 2020 she merged her passions for dance and fitness to create The Dancer Body - launching in January 2021 online. Emily has worked with some of the biggest studios and events in London delivering the Dance Body Workout including Pineapple Dance Studios, Danceworks, Sweaty Betty Carnaby St, Orchard Place and Wellnergy Festival. Recently featured in The Telegraph and Hello! Emily is on mission to position dance firmly at the centre of the health and fitness industry -
