Festive Movement

Although we are approaching the end of the year things are still very much moving. The festive season often creates added pressure, so sticking to my usual workout routine keeps me balanced - and I’m glad to see so many of you feel the same.

I was thrilled to deliver a dance workout recently at the beautiful Hotel Cafe Royal as part of a collaboration with their exclusive members club - Akasha Spa. What always stands out is that dance appeals to such a variety of ages and is always met with great energy, effort and joy. Holding space for everyone who joins my movement is one of my biggest intentions and equally something I’m always grateful for when I take classes. As the travel industry reports a growing demand for fitness and wellness facilities - as a bigger priority for travellers, it’s clear we now see fitness as a priority.

I will close the year at Pineapple dance studios with a New Years Eve dance party - my signature full body dance workout with some added party zest! This feels like the perfect way to end what has been a wonderful year. Join me at 11.30am on 31st December - book here and as always everybody is welcome.

From the surprising press features to connecting with so many new people - 2025 has certainly delivered. As we prepare to open a brand new page I am excited for what is ahead - and thank you all for your support this year.

Eat drink and be merry - and stay well,

Emily x
