Where Strength Meets Rhythm; A New Chapter

We are back this summer with fresh new classes, new moves and stronger energy.

With the rise in popularity of strength training and of course, pilates - I’m bringing my love of dance and it’s health benefits to the forefront. Whilst there are many valuable ways to exercise, dance is one of the most effective ways to move our bodies and I’m back with my powerful, full body dance workout this May. Over the last six months I’ve been lucky enough to work on some fantastic projects and teach at some wonderful studios including the exclusive Akasha Spa and health club and City Academy delivering my unique Barre fitness and dance workout classes. My method feels further developed and aligned - and I’m excited to be bringing our open classes back and connecting with all of you.

The health benefits of a dance workout include increased stamina and cardiovascular health, increased strength coordination and flexibility, improved balance and posture, boosted mood and enhanced brain function. Dance is a workout for the mind, body and brain and has greater benefits than many other types of exercise

We are offering a free class for anyone who registers on 12th May - book your spot here

I’m very much looking forward to reconnecting with you all and growing our community. Don’t forget to follow us on IG and register to our mailing list to stay connected.

Meet me on the dance floor,

Emily
